  John Casados was great! I hate shopping for new phones, this was quick, easy and relatively painless. He had the options I wanted, great customer service and I was put the door with all my questions answered and a nice new phone fresh out of the box. Thank you John for a great experience at verizon!

  Service was meh, stood there for awhile before being greeted. It was my second time trying to upgrade there. First time was two years ago, ended up going to Best Buy, last month ended up going online. I did call once to ask about a case in stock, employee said "I think so, anything else?" Again went to Best Buy.
