  I have tried multiple times to post a review about the customer service, but they only post good reviews to their page. I ordered a pair of boots from their site and they cancelled my order without notifying me until after the sale ended, and they neglected to inform me why they did so. I know for a fact that my form of payment was fine. I needed these for work, and I cannot order them now because they are not on sale and I cannot justify spending $80 on mediocre boots. Pretty annoyed.

  My daughter and I visited the torrid at Columbia center this afternoon. The manager was very rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location. With torrid being so overpriced as it is you'd think they'd have great customer service, as we are spending upwards of $100 or more. You'd think the employees would appreciate the clientele. I choose to spend my cash at Macys, where they appreciate their customers.
