  If I could give them a zero star....Well, where to begin. For starters the employee/rude girl standing at the kiosk was very busy texting her friends on her personal phone before she asked us if we needed help. I had just purchased a phone and I wanted to buy a SIM card ( btw I am an At&t customer) She gave me the rudest stare as she asked me why would I need a SIM with this disgusted look on her face like I was taking so much of her precious personal time. This your job to take care of customers and she failed miserably. She went back to texting and did not say anything further. Not even to say just a second let me finish what I was doing. So we left dissatisfied and very disturbed that she had absolutely no customer service skills and no care about us the only people in line at the store. Get out of this business if you do not want to be helpful to your customers.
