  This Saturday 13 January 2018 my wife and I went to there store to request some assistance with both our Cell Phones. Issues that needed to be explained and the down loading of information from one phone to another, generally just requesting help.. Feeling a little intimidated to do this, as we were not going to buy anything, I mentioned to my wife all we can hope for is, that the Guy (Ryan) that sold us our new phones 5 months ago would be working today. Sure enough when we walked in there he was. We put our names down and waited out turn. A truly wonderful experience, Ryan is the most helpful and pleasant person I have ever met in shops of that nature. Nothing was too difficult or most important too insignificant for him to handle with absolute professionalism. He is one the most humble and efficient people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend the services of Ryan. As for the At&T store, you are so lucky to have in your employment a Employee of that caliber.
