  My wife and I went in on Thursday and picked out a bathtub that we were told was in stock. My wife went in on Friday to purchase the bathtub, did so and got a receipt showing we purchased it and that we could pick it up immediately. She told the salesman that I would be in later that day to pick it up. I called in later that day and told them I couldn't pick it up until Saturday early morning. I was told that would not be a problem at all. They said they would "put the tub back inside the gate" for tomorrow. I responded that would be fine and I'd see them tomorrow. Saturday morning I showed up to pick up the tub one of the guys at the desk just seemed very confused. His invoice didn't match mine and showed that the tub was backordered. Remember that I was told starting on Thursday that it was in stock. I was also told Friday afternoon that they would put it back inside the gate....I'm assuming that means so it's not stolen overnight. I showed the salesman my receipt that I had already paid and he eventually 20 minutes later or more was able to get a copy of the same one I had. He spent another 20-30 minutes looking for the tub. I got tired of waiting and helping him to solve the mystery of where my in stock tub had gone and told him to call me that same day before close and let me know what had happened so I could come pick it up that same day. It's now closing time. He never called. I pressed the option on their phone system to leave a message can guess what......you can't leave a message. It just rings and rings. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE KIE. They're staff is untrained. Their management doesn't care about their customers, they apparently can't keep their inventory up to date OR maybe their new fork lift driver smashed the new tub when trying to move it? I don't know. ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS TELL ME THE TRUTH BUT THEY DIDN'T. They just acted like they could shrug their shoulders and that I would magically understand that they're inept and excuse them.

  The person assisting me in the irrigation department made several mistakes filling my order. wrong parts were pulled and they were not caught until I compared the parts to my parts list. He didn't bother to check for correct parts before taking my money.
