  Extremely professional and perform outstanding work. They installed an complete heat pump and air handler. They ran into extra ducting work and repaired it. Their price was right on with the quote despite additional none scheduled ducting work. Their workmanship was outstanding all messes cleaned and holes sealed. I am extremely glad I called Jacob and Rhodes.

  Jacobs and Rhodes went above and beyond our expectations! Our system was very old system and it could no longer be fixed. We had 3 well known companies in the area come to give us prices on a new system. They all tried to sell us a top price system which was beyond what our home needed. Jeff came by the same day we called and gave us a great price on a great system. Jeff is wonderful to work with. He throughly explained and answered any questions we had. They scheduled us for the next week and had the new system in the same day. Our system is running beautifully with the lowest electric bills will have ever had! We will never use anyone else in the Tri Cities other than Jacobs and Rhodes!
