  I've really been debating whether or not to write this review, but here goes: We purchased a living room set on January 1st. It is currently January 29th and we STILL do not have the correct furniture. We bought a couch, love seat, recliner, and table set (coffee table plus two end tables). We wanted the recliner to glide and were informed by the manager, Dennis, that he, "thinks it comes with this option". We then waited until Wednesday the 17th for our furniture to be delivered. Well, upon delivery, we did not receive a gliding recliner, so we were quite disappointed and irritated. Our coffee table also arrived damaged. My husband tried to refuse these items, as we did not want to take any responsibility for the incorrect delivery. He was told that they would be leaving them there, but we were not going to be liable for them. So now we have a damaged table and a chair that isn't what we wanted. After waiting almost a week to hear back from the store about what was going on, my husband contacted them and was told that the reclining chair does NOT come as a glider- A LITTLE LATE, BUT GOOD TO KNOW. And that our replacement table was "ordered". So FIVE WEEKS after we ordered and paid for our furniture, it is not correct. I'm really displeased with the lack of communication and low quality of customer service received. While I like the furniture that we received undamaged, I don't know if this store will be getting any future business from us. UPDATE: Went to pick up the replacement coffee table and it was more damaged than the initial coffee table we got! They tried to play it off like nothing was wrong with it. Finally, we just got a discount on the original table. This visit was a waste of time. They’ve definitely lost us as customers.
