- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 02, 2019, by Marc DWe came into the store in early December, asked how we could play our VCR movies on our new smart TV. We were told by the salesman and the geek squad leader that this was now impossible. We went home and looked on YouTube, which said it was easy, without any new equipment to buy. We just hooked the cables as shown and used a new input channel. Everything works fine. Best Buy personnel are truly incompetent.
